Warranty Policy
Exchange or Return

Important Note: Do not open the original packaging with the shipping label and tracking code. Customers must present the packaging to activate the product warranty.

Our main commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you selected a product from our online store but are not satisfied upon receiving it, or if you detect a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to an exchange or return in the following cases:

1.1. Product Dissatisfaction: Within 14 calendar days of receipt (the customer may request a refund or a replacement by returning the received item).

1.2. Product Defect: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt (in this case, the customer is only entitled to a replacement of the defective product, always with an item equivalent to the original model), for defects such as broken or scratched lenses. The customer may activate the warranty if they contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the received packaging. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, the issue will be considered as a result of misuse.

In both cases, the first step is to contact us via email, and our team will guide you through the return process.

1.3. Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, the amount spent on shipping will entitle the customer to a discount voucher equivalent to the shipping cost. The next order for which the customer wants to use the discount must be at least equal to the value of the product being replaced.


Returns Due to Product Dissatisfaction

The product must be free of any signs of use and returned as received, in its original packaging (shipping package with label). Otherwise, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Upon receiving the returned package, we will analyze it to confirm compliance with our return conditions. Once confirmed, our customer service team will contact you, and you may choose between:

2.1. Exchange for another product available in stock
2.2. Refund of the purchase price of the products (for returns within the first 14 days after delivery)


Warranty

To resolve any issue, the customer must contact our warranty team exclusively via email.

The customer must include the order number and describe the issue in writing so our technicians can assess the situation.

All products in our store come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send a one-minute video showing the issue. This video must clearly show the product packaging (shipping package with label). It is essential that the packaging is visible in the video.

The customer may also try to provide photos illustrating the problem, with the product packaging clearly visible.

If the customer cannot provide a video or photo, they must return the product to our address in France for analysis. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, but they will receive a discount voucher for a reduced Colissimo shipping fee, as described in section 1.3 above. The product must be returned by mail with the original packaging and intact recipient label.
